Blushing Blue Low Table
by Charlotte Jonckheer

The Blushing Blue Low Table explores the expressive qualities of heated steel. By applying heat to the material, a rich and unpredictable colour palette emerges, revealing shades of blue alternating with soft brown that blend and shift across the surface. The resulting finish gives the steel an almost painterly quality, making each piece unique.

The table’s organic shape enhances this sense of movement, creating a fluid silhouette that balances the material’s strength with a certain lightness. Its surface evokes the changing colours of a sea landscape, where tones appear and disappear according to the light.
